Details: Bilayer heat-shrink tubing composed of polytetrafluoroethylene outer layer and fluorinated ethylene propylene inner layer in white color. The inner FEP layer melts during heating to encapsulate components while the outer PTFE layer shrinks for a secure seal. Offers continuous service temperature up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with exceptional chemical and electrical properties. Standard wall thickness provides 0.700 inch minimum expanded inner diameter recovering to 0.440 inch. Used in aerospace applications for insulation, moisture protection, and component encapsulation in high-temperature environments.
