Pre-cured polyurethane conductive gasket die-cut for aircraft antenna installation and environmental sealing. Features aluminum carrier mesh providing electrical bonding resistance of 2.5 milliohms or less, meeting MIL-B-5087B and MIL-STD-464. Remains flexible and tacky throughout service life, supporting long-term corrosion protection across operating temperatures from minus 85 degrees Fahrenheit to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Provides environmental seal requiring no additional fillet sealing.
