Details: Pre-cured polyurethane conductive gasket with aluminum or mesh carrier designed to create an environmental seal at aircraft antenna, panel, and connector interfaces. The material provides electrical conductivity of 2.5 milliohms or less to prevent galvanic corrosion, maintains flexibility across a service temperature range of minus 65 to 135 degrees Celsius, and resists salt fog corrosion for thousands of hours. This die-cut gasket eliminates the need for form-in-place sealants and reduces labor-intensive installation procedures in aircraft maintenance and assembly operations.
