Pre-cured polyurethane conductive gasket with aluminum carrier die-cut to aircraft antenna footprints, providing low electrical resistance of 2.5 milliohms or less for electrical bonding between antenna and airframe. Seals antenna-to-airframe interfaces while preventing moisture ingress and galvanic corrosion in temperature ranges from minus 85 degrees Fahrenheit to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Qualified to specification CID A-A-59398A and meets military bonding standards.
