Details: A5000 red release film is a high-temperature fluoropolymer made from fluorinated ethylene propylene for use in aerospace composite manufacturing. This 0.001-inch-thick film exhibits excellent elongation and release properties, making it suitable for complex, multi-contour layups. Chemically inert to commercial resin systems, it maintains performance up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is used as a non-stick barrier between composite layers and mold surfaces during fabrication and curing processes.
