Details: High-temperature fluoropolymer release film designed for aerospace composite layup and prepreg processing. The material exhibits excellent elongation and release properties suitable for use with polyester, epoxy, phenolic, and BMI resin systems. With a melting point of 540°F and service temperature capability to 500°F, this film conforms readily to complex shapes and provides glossy surface finishes on finished laminates. Ideal for multi-contour and sharp corner layups in aircraft structures and component fabrication.
